How do I place my order?

        

View Restaurant Menus and Place your order online:

       

Visit www.ExpressWaiters-OnlineOrders.com. A list of available restaurants will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. Red buttons indicates open, and buttons which are dim/dark indicate closed or ineligible at that particular moment To browse a menu, click a restaurant logo to the left. You may either call us at [808] 930-5556 and tell us what you would like to order, or simply click desired items into your cart.

Enter your zip code and address in the correct fields and click Eat. Create an account (if one does not exist already). This will store all your information and save you time on all future orders.

Add Items to cart and checkout! To further customize items or for special request, please click customize item in your checkout cart at top of screen. Our staff will accommodate all requests as best possible.

Once you review your order, click submit and your mobile waiter will arrive with your items shortly. An automatic email confirmation will be sent.

Choose a payment method and start relaxing, your mobile waiter will arrive with your items shortly.

Where is delivery available?
       

Express Waiters makes delivery available from selected restaurants in the Hilo area. See the below map overivew, highlited in green are our coverage areas.
 

Our primary zone cut off points are as follows: 

Paipaikou

Lahi St. off of Waianuenue Ave. 

Chong St. off of Kaumana Dr. 

Waiakea Uka Park on Ainaola Dr. 

Lamai St. off of Railroad Ave. 

4 Mile Beach off of Kalanianaole Ave.

     

What do you charge?

        

We charge a $.99 delivery fee for a 5 mile radius from the restaraunt and .75 per mile after that.  A service fee is based on the amout ordered with a $6 cap, except Panda Express and Cafe Pesto (no cap)  Gratuity for your mobile waiter is not included and is left to the customers discretion.

Why are some Restarauant prices different from their price at the Restaruant ?

        
Restarauants reserve the right to price their delivery menu at prices they see fit. We do not control menu pricing for any restaurant.

What are your service hours?

      

Monday - Saturday 8am - 8:30pm 

        

How long does delivery take?

        

Typically, most orders are completed inside of one hour. Other factors such as weather, traffic, peak-ordering times, mobile waiter availability, restaurant cook time, and delivery distance all play crucial factors in influencing delivery estimates.

All delivery times are estimates only. Our staff will update you of delays of any kind, and you may call to check the status of your order should you wish. We assure you, fast and efficient delivery times are of the utmost priority.

        

How do I pay?

        

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

We also accept business checks and corporate invoicing is available upon request. Sorry, but no personal checks will be accepted under any circumstances

Credit Card gratuities must be applied over phone or on website. The self-employed delivery professionals can only accept cash tips at the point of delivery. Gratuity may be added at any time

G.E.T. will be applied to all orders at 4.71%.

Please note: Your drivers do not carry more than $20 in cash.

        

What else should I know?

You must order a minimum of $10 in food (before tax and delivery fee) to be eligible for delivery.

The self-employed delivery professionals use state-of-the-art customized delivery bags to transport food and maintain quality  standards. All bags are made with anti-microbial materials, ensuring the highest health standards. NOTE: The self-employed delivery professionals (or your drivers) do not handle any food. We check all items but individual requests (i.e. extra tomatoes, no salt,  etc.) are ultimately left to the restaurant.

Plates and utensils are provided free of charge (within reason) upon request only.

Because of liability, we cannot coordinate delivery from non-partnered vendors. This includes but is not limited to making stops for special requests, errands, cigarettes, and alcohol.

Due to the nature of our business, once your order is placed and cooking of the food has begun, we cannot cancel orders under any circumstances. Mahalo for your understanding.

All items and prices are determined by the restaurants and are subject to availability and change at any moment, without notice.

To ensure that your meal arrives hot and fresh, Express Waiters synchronizes the restaurant preparation time with the time the self- employed delivery professional arrives at the restaurant.

The delivery fee is not a tip. Your drivers work very hard to ensure your satisfaction and a timely delivery. All mobile waiters are self- employed independent contractors and use their own equipment, automobiles, and fuel to complete each delivery.    Exactly like a waitress/waiter in the restaurant, your mobile waiter depends on gratuities. We recommend a minimum 15% gratuity for excellent service.
